This custom FPV cable is used to connect the DJI iOSD Mini and FatShark Camera to ImmersionRC or Fatshark 5.8GHz video transmitters (25mW to 600mW models). It takes all the guesswork out of connecting them together. It's an easy plug-in installation.
There are three connectors on the cable. The black 5-pin Molex plug connects to the ImmersionRC or Fatshark 5.8GHz video transmitter. The white 3-pin plug connects to the 5-volt FatShark Camera (CMOS or CCD). The white 4-pin plug mates with the DJI iOSD Mini's video port. Overall length is 15-inches (38cm).
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This cable is specifically designed for directly connecting the DJI iOSD Mini to an ImmersionRC (or FatShark) vTx and a FatShark 5V camera. It is NOT compatible with ANY other hardware configurations and using it with other video transmitters may cause damage that will void your equipment warranties.
Referring to the photo below, a summary of each connector is as follows:
5-Pin: Black Molex 5-pin plug. Connect to the ImmersionRC or FatShark 5.8GHz wireless video transmitter.
3-Pin: White 3-pin plug. Connect to the FatShark CMOS or CCD camera (5VDC).
4-Pin: White 4-pin plug. Connect to the iOSD Mini video port. Do NOT omit this plug! The iOSD Mini must be fully installed into the NAZA flight controller and correctly operating in order to have a video image.
DC-IN: Be sure to connect the transmitter's existing 2-wire battery cable to a suitable power source. We recommended using a power filter such as our #PF-002-FS4 or #PF-023-3S (not included).
Please see the photo in the Detailed Images section for basic installation details (no other instructions are provided).
