Technical Support
Many of the items that we sell may require advanced electronics experience to properly use them. So, please download the item's technical information (before your purchase) to see if your electronic skills and available tools, are a good match. If necessary, plan on seeking local hands-on assistance to help ensure your project is a success.
For those problems that need extra attention, please Contact Us by email (click the link in the Help box on the left). We don't have the staffing resources to accept telephone calls for technical help so please use our contact form for all technical queries. We do our best to respond the same business day.
Hardcopy instruction manuals and data sheets are not shipped with the item. Instead, they are found in the item's catalog description (look for the links that say "Click Me!"). By publishing the instructions online we can ensure that you have access to the latest version. This also allows you to review the product before you purchase it. You will need the free Adobe Reader program to view the online documentation.
Please keep in mind that our Airwave RF modules are OEM components that require additional circuitry in order to use them. In addition, an Amateur Radio (ham) Tech Class license is required to operate these RF devices in hobby applications. USA citizens should visit www.arrl.org for more information on how to obtain a ham license. Other countries have similar organizations that can assist in hobby radio communications licensing.
