Pandora adds Pan and Tilt to the popular KX-131
(KT&C KPC-S226CB) CCD video camera
. For use on other cameras, please check out the optional Tilt-Plate accessories found further below. The kit is fun to build. Better still, the results look and work fantastic!
The pan and tilt features can be controlled by any two spare proportional channels on your R/C system. Total weight (with two servos and camera) is about 2.75 ounces.
The kit requires assembly. There are about a dozen precision machined fiberglass parts plus all the assembly hardware. The main chassis can be glued together with epoxy. Or for those with soldering talent, it can be soldered instead. Despite its low weight, it is very strong. Best of all, Pandora can be setup for top (cockpit view) or bottom (undercarriage) mounting.
The required CCD camera and two R/C hobby servos are NOT included. Please see the instruction manual for full details.
