The MC145447P IC is a fully integrated Caller-ID (CLID) data receiver in a 16-Pin DIP package. Besides its use in telephone Caller-ID boxes, these can be used in 1200 baud receive-only modem applications.

Manufactured by Motorola, 1994 date code. These are hard to find since Motorola discontinued this part several years ago.
