TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Purchase Orders:
We do NOT accept Purchase Orders (PO's) with billable payment terms (orders must be prepaid). Also, since we are an internet based business, please submit your order using our online shopping cart system. If you have special purchasing requirements that do not allow online purchasing then please contact us for assistance.
Customs Value: Due to USA law, we are unable to declare artificially low customs values on orders shipped outside the USA. We understand that other businesses are willing to alter the USD value to minimize the import custom's charge, but our policy is to follow USA law. Therefore, all exported shipments will use the actual order value for the customs documentation. We are not able to comply with requests to mark the order as a Gift, Sample, or state incorrect valuations; requests to do so may delay shipping your order.
Refunds: 30 Day Return Policy. The returned item must be unused and include all accessories. Unless specified in the item description, refunds are not available to special orders, bulk purchases, close-outs, customized items, or items modified by the customer. Must be exercised within 30 calendar days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Credit card orders subject to a 3.5% Merchant processing fee. All returns require a RMA number; please Contact Us to obtain RMA approval.
Shipping Terms: Our shipping department operates Monday-Friday. We will do our best to ship your order within 24 business hours. Due to issues that are often beyond the control of DPC, some shipments may be delayed longer. Please keep this is mind when expecting shipping and arrival dates. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please use the Contact Us link found in the Help box on the left.
Purchase Availability: We do our best to ensure that an item you ordered is in stock. However, occasionally inventory errors will result in an item that is not available to ship. We do not offer back orders, so we will notify you by email when an item will be deleted from your order. We will hold your order until we receive your acknowledgment. To prevent lengthy shipping delays, it is very important that your registered email address be valid to receive such messages. We reserve the right to limit quantity.
Limited Warranty: Most of the products we sell include a manufacturer's warranty. If a defect or malfunction occurs, please follow the instructions the manufacturer has provided. Products without stated warranty provisions are covered by Digital Products Company for 90 days from the original shipping date (limited to the repair or replacement of the item only). If a warranty claim from Digital Products Company is required then please contact us for instructions. Unless otherwise specified in the item's catalog description, products that are sold AS-IS do not include a warranty of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall DPC or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of the provided materials. If you are dissatisfied with any DPC material, or with any of DPC's terms and conditions, your remedy is to discontinue its use.
Restrictions on use: This site is owned and operated by DPC and contains material which is derived in whole or in part from material supplied by DPC. The material on this site is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way any material from this site including, but not limited to, descriptions, images, and software. You may download material from this site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.
