This compact 1.2GHz wireless A/V transmitter has 1000mW (1 Watt) RF output power. It's ideal for ham radio ATV, hobby robots, R/C model video, and other wireless video applications.

Your purchase includes the basic ANTOEM-1200 quarter-wave wire whip monopole antenna and RCA A/V cables. For those that want higher RF performance we offer the  #ANTHWD-1200 antenna as an optional upgrade. Be sure to review the antenna's data sheets for more information about their recommended operating frequencies.

The power source is not included. It must be 12VDC (10.5V-12.5V allowed). Exceeding this voltage or reversing the power connections WILL cause permanent damage and void the warranty. AC-mains powered applications must use a voltage regulated power supply. A popular choice for portable use is a 3-cell (11.1V) lithium polymer LiPO pack such as our #LB3CR-610 with a #CORD-JB2 cable.

Important note: The DC input connector is a 2.1mm barrel style connector that is center (+) positive. Reversed voltages will damage the receiver.

Due to the transmitter's high RF power it will become very hot during use. Never remove the heatsink cooler from the transmitter's case. Always disconnect power when it is too hot and allow it to cool before further use. Indoor installations and warm outdoor environments require a cooling fan (not supplied) or forced air flow to maintain safe operating temperatures. Failure to maintain a safe temperature will damage the unit and void the warranty.
